Urban space constantly invites photographers to discover and explore. Whether unusual perspectives or the charming beauty of urban materiality and structure - the photographic discovery of the supposedly insignificant in the urban landscape is the focus of Götz Diergarten’s FFF Masterclass 2022. In four workshop sessions, the participants will deal, among other things, with forms of perception, their becoming aware of these. In view of the ever-increasing flood of images he will also talk about with possibilities of slowing down the overproduction of images. The painterly approach in the urban environment will be addressed as well as how to further process and develop individual images: It is through the precise selection and deliberate compilation into a series that motifs gain meaning - in the best case, they ultimately act as an independent work and less as a photographic document.

The joint discussion and developing of the images will largely take place in the group.
