The workshop offers an intensive exchange, hands-on exercises, and the opportunity to develop a sustainable social media strategy that strengthens artistic expression and enhances visibility.
Workshop schedule
Meeting at 10 am at the FFF.
Each participant will prepare a short presentation of their own work (maximum 5 minutes). Afterwards, we will discuss the presented content together and implement targeted exercises to help refine and structure individual visual language.
After the lunch break, we will focus on transferring these insights into a long-term strategy. We will work on concrete plans for narratives that span multiple posts or series and develop ways to achieve the desired public perception with a consistent visual language and clear messages. Both strategic planning and creative approaches play a central role in this process.

This FFF Academy social media workshop will focusing intensively on storytelling in photography and social media. The emphasis is not on technical image editing or learning app basics, but rather on the strategic development of narratives, long-term content planning, and targeted visibility on digital platforms.
This workshop is aimed not only at photographers but also at art enthusiasts, artists from other disciplines, and self-employed individuals who want to consciously shape their social media presence and express their artistic signature more clearly. The goal is to organize topics, develop stories, and consistently translate one’s visual language into the digital space. The aim is not just to increase reach but to build a community that is genuinely interested in one’s work.
In addition to individual approaches to content planning, various methods will be discussed on how to use social media strategically as a self-marketing tool. How can creatives define their unique selling points and communicate them effectively? Which narrative structures help to present one's work in the most impactful way? And how can a consistent visual identity be maintained over the long term?
