Not only with photojournalists and commercial photographers, but also in the field of artistic photography, the DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation) has caused a lot of turbulence and uncertainty. The DSGVO affects especially street photography, but of course also portraits and people photography in general.
The lecture provides an overview of the affected areas (protection of data privacy versus artistic freedom) and addresses the current jurisdiction of such issues – and provides tips so far at this stage that is possible, for dealing with the new rules.
The lecture will be held in German.
